Finding an house for rent at a good price can be very stressful, especially in Milan.
Here the real estate market is insanely fast and be the first person to call for an ad is the only way to secure the deal.
For this reason I have deployed a Telegram Bot for scraping and monitoring new ads on the Italian website immobiliare.it. The bot has more features than the default notification system, like:

- Updated much more frequently (5 minutes VS once a day)
- Advanced filtering:
- The filter on the price considers also the condo fees
- No repeated premium ads
- It can exclude ads without photos
